These 4 powerful principles have been the key in the life of our founder and CEO Pedro E. Figueroa, who began his career at the bottom working his way up to top understanding the organization and  structure of a national company. It was back in 2004, when he had the opportunity to work as day porter for 10 hours a day, getting  to know each and every one of the responsibilities and obligations in his position.

Fast forward 3 years, he got promoted to Supervisor and later as Area Supervisor. In 2007, due to his commitment and dedication he got the opportunity to start his own business, outsourcing for several companies and that is how  PMF Maintenance LLC began.
